If Simón Coll products are gluten-free, why doesn't the logo appear on the packaging of some products?
All Simón Coll products are gluten-free with the exception of the praline egg net (6813) and the 1kg praline egg bag (5402), as they may contain traces. Currrently, regulatory standards require all manufacturers to specify on their product labels all intolerances that can cause the consumtion of this, but does not require to put those ingredients or intolerances that does not contain the same product. It is for this reason that the "gluten-free" symbol may or may not appear on product labels.
What allergens do Simón Coll products contain?
Our labeling policy always includes the labeling of allergens (including traces). If a product has or may contain traces of an allergen, it will be indicated on the label. At present, all chocolate manufactured by Simón Coll is free of egg and its derivatives. Either does not contain fish and derivatives, mustard and derivatives, crustaceans and derivatives, mollusks and derivatives, lupins and derivatives, sulfites (in concentrations above 10ppm), sesame and derivatives, celery and derivatives.
On the other hand, all the chocolate we manufacture contains (as a traces or ingredient): milk, nuts and soy.
Some specific products may contain: traces of peanut or traces of gluten (praline eggs).
Latex is not used in our facilities. our recommendation is to check the label and, in case of doubt, contact us.
Where can I check the shipping status of my order?
Once Simón Coll delivers the package to the transport agency, it is in charge of providing a reference number or "tracking number" and sends an SMS to the customer. You can connect to the carrier's website and with this reference number you can check the shipping status of your order.
What is the product return policy?
Chocolate is a food product. For hygiene and food safety reasons we do not accept returns. Click here to see our return policy.

How can I place an order on your website?
Buying at www.simoncoll.com is very easy. You can buy as many products as you want. There is no minimum and there is no commitment of periodicity.
We offer you two different ways to make your purchases:
a)As a registered user/partner.
b) As a non-registered user (guest).
To buy just go to the products section, choose in each category the ones you like and add them to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. All our prices are inclusive of VAT. The basket is always visible on the top right side of your screen, so you can see the items you have added, as well as the amount including VAT (excluding shipping costs). Once you have finiches selecting products, you can review the contents of your purchase by clicking on the basket. To confirm your order, you can do this in three easy steps:
Step 1: "Summary of your order". You can view all the items you have placed in your shopping cart and modify the quantity or delate the items you do not want. You can also return to the store to add others. If you have a discount code, you can enter it in this step. You will then see the total of the final amount with VAT with this discount applied, without shipping costs.
Step 2: "User registration". If you are a registered user/partner, enter your email and password. This will make the next step easier, since you will not have to enter the "Delivery details" every time you buy. If you make the purchase as a guest, without registering on the website, you will have to enter all your shipping details in step 3 "Delivery details". If you want to register as a user/partner in this step 2, you can do so by filling out the registration form. Once completed, ypu will receive a confirmation email that you must validate in order to proceed with the purchase process as a registered user/partner.
Step 3: "Shipping information". If you are a registered user/partner, the buyer's information is already filler in according to the information in the registration form. In case you want to change anything, there is no problem. In the shipping address, the address you entered in the registration form is displayed by default. If you want to send the product to another place than your registration address, you can edit the data and modify the delivery address. If you are a non registered user (guest) you must fill in both the buyer data and the delivery data. If you are not registered in the system, these will not appear by default. In this step it is possible to see suggested delivery date to another one, within 1 month from the date of the order. In this way, it is possible to make deliveries of products for special dates such as birthday, Christmas, etc... If you wish to receive an invoice, you can request in this section. If you want to make a gift and you want to personalize it with message, you can also do it here. We eill take care of including it in the package.
Step 4: "Confirm order and payment". Before making the payment and final purchase, a confirmation screem appears:
1. Buyer's data

3. Delivery date
4. List of products (item and quantity)
5. Discount code entered
6. Shipping costs
7. Acceptance of privacy policy and data processing. If you agree, at that moment you will connect to the payment gateway. The data concerning this transaction, card numbers, passwords... are not managed on our server but directly on the secure server. You can find more information in Secure Payments and Privacy. Finally, we send you an email with the confirmation of your purchase and we detail the order number. You can also see a summary, with the amount broken down, the discount code -if any- and shipping costs. On this page you will be informed that, once we deliver the order to the transport agency, they will contact you via SMS to specify the delivery date.
What does the visit to the Espai Xocolata consist of?
The Espai Xocolata Simón Coll is the visitor center of the Simón Coll factory and Chocolate Amatller. The experience is based on a very dynamic and participatory guided tour with explanations about the world of cocoa and chocolate. Starting with a panoramic screen audiovisual, the visit includes the viewing of the production line of one of our most premium gammas: the pralines. Being a chocolate facotry, in our experience you can't miss a good chocolate tasting. This experience had a duration of approximately 50 minutes and is available at different times and languages. Does the visit include a tour inside the factory?
For reasons of food safety and hygiene, the visit to Espai Xocolata Simón Coll doesn't include a tour of the factory, but include the explanation and viewing of one of the company's real production lines.
Does the visit include any activity or children's workshop?
The visit for individuals is designed for all audiences, but doesn't include any activity or children's workshop.
Will I be able to enter if I am late for the visit I have booked?
All our visits start on time. If you arrive late, you will have access to the room and you can enjoy the rest of the visit. In no case can you relocate to another time of visit nor can you claim the refund for this concept.
How long does the tour last?
The tour lasts approximately 50 minutes.

What is a combined visit and what does it consist of?
The combined visits are the sum of two experiences: Espai Xocolata Simón Coll and a winery, cava or interpretation center in the Penedés area. Both visits must take place on the same day and must be booked at least 5 working days in advance. You can make your reservation in any of the experiences.
I want to modify my reservation data, how can I do it?
If you have logged in as a registered user, you can cancel your reservation by accessing the reservation confirmation email we sent you at the time of booking and clicking on the "Cancel Reservation" button. If you have logged in as a guest user, you must send us a cancellation email to visita@simoncoll.com. Cancellations via telephone will not be accepted.
I want to cancel my reservation, how can I do it?
If you have entered as a registered user, you can cancel your reservation by accessing the reservation confirmation email that we sent you at the time of booking and click on the "Cancel Reservation" button. If you entered as a guest user, you must send us a cancellation email to visita@simoncoll.com. Cancellations via telephone will not be accepted
