Add rolled oats and water to a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
Stir until boils, lowe the heat and add milk or milk alternative, and cook for a few more minutes.
Pour it into a bowl and add a few apple slices, a handful of hazelnuts and cocoa Nibs on top.
An ideal breakfast to start the day with energy or to take after a workout or doing sport.
