1.In a large bowl, mix together 2 cups of flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
2.Heat the milk and butter in a separate bowl until almost melted. Let it cool and add to the mixture. Add the egg.
3.We beat and add the remaining flour. See how the dough separates from the bowl.
4.Put the mixture on a base with flour and knead for about 10 minutes. You will know that it has turned out well if it does not break.
5. Put it in a bowl previously lined with oil and leave it for 1 hour in a warm place. Observe how the mass doubles its size.
6.Prepare the filling by mixing the sugar, cinnamon and salt.
7.Create a rectangle with the dough on a flour base. Spread butter on top of the base with the help of a knife. Sprinkle the filling.
8. Roll the dough up into a tight roll and seal the bottom edge. Cut the roll with a string (dental floss style) creating 12 pieces.
9.Place the rolls in a mold covered with baking paper, cover them and let them rest for 1 hour. These should double in size.
10. Bake at 180° for 30 min, checking that they are well browned.
11. Decorate them with a chocolate glaze and Cocoa Nibs to get a crunchy and chocolate touch.
