A mousse is one of the cherries that cannot be missed as a light and refreshing dessert. The combination of chocolate and orange will transport you to a sunny day or a starry summer night.
Ingredients
100g of 70% cocoa chocolate drops
200ml of water
Grated orange
Elaboration
Add the dark chocolate drops to a heatproof bowl.
Pour boiling water over the top and let sit for 2 minutes.
Mix until the chocolate has completely melted, then pour into a blender along with the orange zest.
Blend at high speed for 1-2 minutes, then pour the mixture into 4 dessert glasses.
Let sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Presentation makes all the difference: grate a little orange on top. The contrast of the intense dark chocolate with the citrus freshness of the orange is one of the star combinations.
