Fresh fruit to taste
50% cocoa chocolate drops
Preparation
Melt the Simón Coll chocolate drops in a bain-marie or in the microwave in 3 intervals so that they don't burn.
Put the chocolate in a heat-resistant bowl to keep the chocolate melted.
Now, wash and cut the fruit (banana, strawberries, blueberries, figs, raspberries and peach).
And finally, on a wooden serving board, place the cut fruit around the bowl with the melted chocolate and enjoy!
