Sustainable commitment
We convey our commitment and know-how in an ethical and responsible manner. We are committed to the environment and we promote processes which favour the environment. We support initiatives that integrate vulnerable people into the world of work hand-in-hand with charitable entities. We actively participate with non-profit foundations to promote social initiatives.
Environment
We take care of those around us and integrate sustainable practices into our daily life. Our energetic self-sufficiency project allows one of our factories to function independently thanks to the installation of a sustainable and renewable energy model. Within our commitment to the environment, there is the premise of reducing the use of plastic.
The product and material
When the cocoa bean arrives at Simón Coll, the entire range of products is made locally from the two Simón Coll production lines, located in Sant Sadurní d'anoia. We take care in the selection of packaging and use materials that have a minimum impact on the environment.
The people
We support non-profit foundations which work to give visibility to vulnerable groups. Within our CSR project, entities such as Mas Albornà, Fundació Arrels and Més i Més Serveis stand out, among others. Foundations with which we collaborate to give voice to their solidarity projects through their labour inclusion within the Simón Coll production chain.
