Our history
More than 180 years of experience as master chocolatiers and processors. In an artisan way with attention to detail, we continue to share this passion and know-how from Sant Sadurní d'Anoia (Barcelona), the starting point of Simón Coll and from where we continue to write our history. Simón Coll chocolates and Chocolate Amatller give way to almost two centuries of history, where perseverance, innovation and product quality are part of our DNA.
