They have been made with the same formula we use every day to make our most recognised products: a guarantee of quality. 70% dark chocolate, strong with a light touch of acidity. Very fluid, ideal for the bath and mold of chocolates and nougat. Uses: cakes and chocolates. Molded, bath and chocolate figures. Covers made with drops have the advantage of being very versatile in their use. They melt quickly and can also be used directly in cookies or muffins. Our drops are medium sized and suitable for the oven. They are presented in 500g bags and are gluten free, so they are suitable for coeliacs.
