They have been made with the same formula we use every day to make our most recognised products: a guarantee of quality. 50% dark chocolate, with a great balance between cocoa and sugar, very useful for all types of filling. Viscous chocolate suitable for filling, moulding and decorations. Uses: filling cakes, chocolates. Flat figures. Decorations. Baked goods. Covers made with drops have the advantage of being very versatile in their use. They melt quickly and can also be used directly in cookies or muffins. Our drops are medium sized and suitable for the oven. They are presented in 1kg bags and are gluten free, so they are suitable for coeliacs.
