PREPARATION

  1. Beat all the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous mass
  2. Distribute the mass in molds and put them in the freezer (minimum 4h)
  3. Melt the white chocolate coverage in the micro. Take care not to burn it and reserve
  4. Remove the ice cream from the molds, bathe them with the cover and add cocoa nibs above (as many as you prefer!)
  5. Once bathed in white chocolate, put them back in the freezer. A few minutes will be enough this time, just to make sure chocolate gets solid
  6. Serve and enjoy
