PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven to 180º
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave or in a water bath
  3. Sift the flour and the yeast
  4. Beat the eggs with the sugar until they triple the volume
  5. Add the chocolate and butter to the mixture of eggs and sugar and stir with a spatula until you obtain a homogeneous mixture
  6. Add the flour and yeast and continue stirring
  7. Add the chopped nuts and mix carefully
  8. Spread the dough in a rectangular mold which has been previously greased with a bit of butter
  9. Bake for about 18 or 20 minutes
  10. Let the brownie cool down and unmold it
  11. Add some pure cocoa powder as a topping
