
INGREDIENTS
- 200g Simón Coll chocolate 85% cocoa
- 135g of butter
- 135g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 55g of pastry flour
- ½ teaspoon of yeast
- 100g of nuts
TOPPING:
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 180º
- Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave or in a water bath
- Sift the flour and the yeast
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until they triple the volume
- Add the chocolate and butter to the mixture of eggs and sugar and stir with a spatula until you obtain a homogeneous mixture
- Add the flour and yeast and continue stirring
- Add the chopped nuts and mix carefully
- Spread the dough in a rectangular mold which has been previously greased with a bit of butter
- Bake for about 18 or 20 minutes
- Let the brownie cool down and unmold it
- Add some pure cocoa powder as a topping
