
The Aromatic Cocoa Old Factory
Nowadays this is our I+D centre, destined to the research and elaboration of limited chocolate bars from the most special origins, as well as to the production of test phase bonbons.
It is a world unique production line, renovated from the old Simón Coll Cacao Factory, that will bring the opportunity to the visitor to see the elaboration process of ‘Bean to Bar’ chocolate.
The Tasting Room
Beside the small-batch factory, the Tasting Room hosts activities involving chocolate making and tasting. It follows the aim of being a reference as a place to spread the culture of cocoa and chocolate.
The purpose is to offer a unique and customized experience throughout different activities, courses, food pairings… with the intention of moving the visitor to the cacao origins in order to get a deep knowledge about the cocoa and chocolate world.
Both the Aromatic Cocoa Old Factory and the Tasting Room will open doors to visitors in the next months.
