Following the aim of moving back to our origins and emphasize the elaboration of unique and special cacaos, where quality comes first instead of production, the Aromatic Cacao Factory and the Tasting Room project has born.
Two places that follow the same goal: to keep on the divulgation of cacao and chocolate culture throughout the artisanal elaboration of chocolate bars from single and unique cacaos, and through the development of hands-on experiences and activities.

The Aromatic Cacao Factory
A unique ‘Bean to Bar’ line using machinery restored from the old Simón Coll factory, which has become our Aromatic Cacao Factory. It also houses our own R&D centre dedicated to researching cacao beans and elaborating limited-edition chocolate bars based on aromatic cacao beans from all over the world.
A line based on elaborating chocolate through an artisanal process where every cacao bean receives exquisite, personalized treatment, to bring out the unique aromas and flavours specific to its origin.
This place is also where we create test-phase bonbons or limited editions before launching them in the market.
The visitor has also the chance to see the chocolate elaboration process.
The Tasting room
The new Tasting Room is our dedicated place for chocolate-related research and outreach, located in the centre of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, where we look forward to sharing our knowledge with you.
In the Tasting Room, we offer you different unique, personalized, hands-on experiences to enjoy in a group, to gain deeper knowledge about the world of cocoa and chocolate. gastronomic pairings, to make your own chocolate, to discover the fascinating world of aromatic cacaos…BOOK YOUR EXPERIENCE
