INGREDIENTS

- 400ml of milk
- 2 c of sugar
- 1 c of corn starch
COVERAGE:

PREPARATION
- Add all the ingredients in the processor and crush them until we obtain a very fine texture. If it is very liquid, add another spoon of corn starch
- Pour the mixture into the molds and put them in the freezer for a minimum of 6 hours
- Prepare the coverage by melting the 99% cocoa chocolate
- Once melted, add the chopped almonds
- Unmold the ice cream and cover them with the mixture
- Put them in a cold metal tray and put them back in the freezer
