
INGREDIENTS
- 3 eggs
- 250g flour
- 250g pumpkin
- 100g butter
- 100g chocolate drops 70% Simón Coll
- 200g sugar
- Ginger
- Turmeric
- Baking powder
PREPARATION
- Take the butter out of the fridge 1h before making the recipe so that it gets soft
- Preheat the oven at 200ºC with fan and heat above and below
- Peel and cut the pumpkin into dices and steam it during 15′
- Beat 3 eggs
- Dry the pumpkin with paper towels and add it to the eggs. Crush everything in the hand blender glass
- Pour the mixture in a large bowl
- Then, mix the diced butter with the chocolate drops and heat it for 1′ in the microwave
- Stir well and, if it is not completely melted, heat again
- Add the hot chocolate to the eggs and continue stirring until you obtain a homogeneous mixture
- Add the flour with the yeast while beating with a rod mixer so that there are no lumps
- When we have a soft dough, add the spices and mix well for the last time
- Put the dough to a square or rectangular mold, covered in vegetable paper
- Cook it for 20′ at 180°C
