Halloween Brownie



  1. Take the butter out of the fridge 1h before making the recipe so that it gets soft
  2. Preheat the oven at 200ºC with fan and heat above and below
  3. Peel and cut the pumpkin into dices and steam it during 15′
  4. Beat 3 eggs
  5. Dry the pumpkin with paper towels and add it to the eggs. Crush everything in the hand blender glass
  6. Pour the mixture in a large bowl
  7. Then, mix the diced butter with the chocolate drops and heat it for 1′ in the microwave
  8. Stir well and, if it is not completely melted, heat again
  9. Add the hot chocolate to the eggs and continue stirring until you obtain a homogeneous mixture
  10. Add the flour with the yeast while beating with a rod mixer so that there are no lumps
  11. When we have a soft dough, add the spices and mix well for the last time
  12. Put the dough to a square or rectangular mold, covered in vegetable paper
  13. Cook it for 20′ at 180°C
